Delivery Terms


Search for products

Enter the title or author of the product you are looking for in the search field, or browse the product groups.

Ordering

Add the selected product to the shopping cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button. The shopping cart can be found at the top of the page, and you can track the amount of products in your cart. When all the desired products are in the shopping cart, click the "Shopping cart" button. The Shopping cart view will open on the page, and you can add or remove products. When the shopping cart is ready, enter the delivery information. After this, proceed to the order review and payment. If you have a gift card or discount code, enter it in the field provided.

How do I buy e- and audiobooks?

Find the title you want in the online store and add it to the shopping cart. Proceed to purchase. Once the payment is done, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Download the e-book or audiobook from the link in the order confirmation. You can transfer the e-book or audiobook to other devices if you wish. Registered users can also download the material in their order history.

Pre-ordered books

Books can be ordered 90 days in advance. Pre-ordered books will be delivered when they are published.

Order terms

When ordering, the customer must provide their name, address, telephone number and email address and accept the current delivery terms. The customer can also register as a customer to the online store.


Benefits of a registered customer

  • Browsing orders: browsing past orders and the delivery status of current orders.
  • Easy ordering: the customer's information is automatically filled in when ordering, so a registered customer does not need to refill in their information when ordering.

Registration is free of charge and does not require a subscription.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Online banks

The payment intermediary service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's perspective the service works as traditional online payments.

Delivery methods and costs

We deliver orders only to addresses in Finland.

When the delivery method is "Pick-up from Posti", the order will be delivered to the nearest Posti office for collection.

Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method:

  • € 4.90 PostNord parcel machine or PostNord service point
  • € 5.90 Pick-up from Posti or Posti parcel machine / Matkahuolto Lähellä -package / Schenker pick-up point
  • € 7.90 Postnord home delivery
  • € 8.90 Posti home delivery

Free delivery for orders over €40.

The delivery fee is always per order.

Delivery times

We only deliver orders in Finland. The delivery time depends on the availability of the ordered products. Product availability information is always stated in the basic product information. In-stock products are sent within 1–3 working days after the order. Delivery times for other products vary depending on the availability of the products.

If the delivery of a product is significantly delayed, we will try to notify the customer immediately. The customer can cancel their order if the delivery has not occurred within the time stated by the online store. Registered customers can follow their order status in the online store.

Order cancellation and right of return

Customers of the online store have the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, to cancel their order or part of it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. The product to be returned must be unused/resaleable. When returning, also state the reason for the return.
